SIX SYSTEMS · 32 MARKERS

Inflammation. Energy. Recovery.

Most blood panels test for disease. The Regen Blood Panel tests for regeneration — specifically for the markers that determine how well you're recovering, how efficiently you're producing energy, and what your body needs to perform at its ceiling. 32 markers, curated from clinical practice, not standard reference ranges.

THE PANEL · WHAT WE TEST

Six systems. Thirty-two markers.

Each system is tested with the markers that matter most for regeneration — not the broadest possible screen, but the most targeted one. Every marker has a reason to be here.

01Inflammation

The primary driver of biological ageing — and the most actionable system to monitor and shift.

hs-CRPFerritinESRIL-6
02Metabolic

How efficiently your body processes and uses energy — the foundation of cellular and physical performance.

HbA1cFasting glucoseInsulinHOMA-IRTriglycerides
03Hormonal

The signalling system that governs recovery, stress response, and long-term adaptation.

Total testosteroneDHEA-SAM CortisolTSHFree T3/T4
04Cellular Energy

The raw inputs your cells need to produce ATP — without these, everything else underperforms.

05Cardiovascular

Beyond cholesterol — the markers that capture cardiovascular risk and vascular health in full.

06Liver & Renal

Metabolic detoxification and filtration — essential to know before any high-intensity protocol.

FROM DRAW TO DASHBOARD

From draw to dashboard.

From the moment you book to the moment your results are encoded in your pathway — the full process, explained.

01
FIRST STEP
Book
Reserve your blood panel online. Available as a standalone test or as part of the Complete Scan alongside MAI Motion. Appointment confirmed within 24 hours.
02
YOUR VISIT
Draw
Your blood is drawn at Harley Street by a trained clinician — a brief, straightforward procedure. No fasting required for most markers; you'll be advised in advance if any are needed.
03
ANALYSIS
Lab
Samples are processed by our accredited laboratory partners. Results are returned and reviewed by a Regen physician — not just a reference-range comparison, but a clinically considered read.

WHY IT'S DIFFERENT · FOUR THINGS

Curated for regeneration.

The Regen Blood Panel is not a standard health screen. It is a targeted diagnostic built from clinical practice — specifically for people who want to understand and optimise how their body regenerates.

PRINCIPLE 01
Curated

Every marker in the Regen panel is there for a reason — selected from clinical practice, not from a standard reference list. Nothing is included because it's commonly tested; everything is there because it matters for regeneration.

PRINCIPLE 02
Modern

The panel includes markers that standard NHS testing often misses — ApoB, Lp(a), HOMA-IR, hs-CRP — because modern understanding of cardiovascular, metabolic and inflammatory risk has moved beyond the markers typically screened for.

PRINCIPLE 03
In context

Results are interpreted in the context of your wider Regen pathway — your Motion Age, your sessions, your goals. A result that looks normal in isolation may flag differently when viewed against your full picture.

PRINCIPLE 04
Trended

A single result is a snapshot. Re-test at regular intervals and your dashboard shows how every marker is moving over time — giving you the trend data that makes personalisation actually possible.

QUESTIONS · ANSWERED

Common questions.

Do I need to fast before my blood draw?+

Fasting is required for a subset of markers — specifically fasting glucose, insulin, and HOMA-IR. You will be advised at booking whether your appointment requires a fasting state. For non-fasting panels, no preparation is needed.

How long until I get my results?+

Results are returned from the laboratory and reviewed by a Regen physician within 5 working days of your blood draw. Your full report — including flags and recommendations — is then made available in your Regen OS dashboard.

Who reviews my results?+

Every result is reviewed by a physician with specific expertise in regenerative and functional medicine — not an algorithm, and not a general practitioner applying standard reference ranges. The review considers your results in the context of your wider pathway.

Can I book the blood panel without a MAI Motion scan?+

Yes — the Biomarker Panel is available as a standalone service at £295. You can also book it alongside MAI Motion as part of the Complete Scan at £420, which gives you both layers of your baseline in a single visit.

How often should I re-test?+

For most members, we recommend re-testing every 12 weeks — quarterly. This gives enough time for meaningful change to occur in response to your protocol, while keeping the feedback loop tight enough to be actionable.
